Welcome to Alesea Suites, Surf Town An extension of our signature Alesea private villas, Alesea Suites offers a new way to experience La Union through modern, stylish 1-bedroom units, thoughtfully designed for the modern traveler. It’s everything you love about Alesea — the aesthetics, thoughtful details, and hotel-like amenities — made more compact, perfect for solo travelers, couples or small families. Alesea Suites shares the same main entrance as our Alesea Oeste Private Villa (booked separately) and is the first property upon entry. Alesea Suites does not have a pool. Access to Oeste’s gated grounds, including its pool, amenities, and beach access, is not included with Alesea Suites bookings unless you've also reserved the Oeste villa. While our suites are not beachfront, we're just a quick 3-minute walk away. Easily access the beach by exiting onto the highway and taking a nearby public footpath located just around the corner. You'll be soaking up the sun and sand in no time! Pet guidelines: While we are not a fully pet-friendly suite, we can accommodate one (1) pet, subject to our terms and conditions. Pet fees start at ₱1,000 and vary based on the size of your pet. This fee covers cleaning only; any damages caused by pets may incur additional charges. A HIDDEN GEM! One of the most livable and well-designed stays in La Union! Positive: Honestly exceeded my expectations!! I love that it feels it was designed for staying in, but still makes going out really easy. The beach is only a 3-minute walk through the next property’s pathway (which is decent and easy to find), and there are lots of trikes if you want to get lunch or explore. We brought a car too and had an allocated parking slot. BONUS: Grab Food reaches this property! It was perfect for when we were a bit lazy to go out. What I liked most is how livable it is. Not just aesthetically, but actually comfortable to spend time in. Our group would go out, then end up coming back early because it was just nicer to hang out there. Inside, everything just works. Complete kitchen, spacious layout, and small details that make it so worth it! Apparently, they use Emma beds and they were sooo comfy, we kept sleeping in! Also, didn’t expect to appreciate the heated toilet seat that much until we had to leave it 😅 Toiletries are good quality too, so you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. It's not your typical hotel stay, in a good way. There’s no full hotel-style service or staff constantly hovering, which I personally prefer, but there is someone onsite to assist with check-in, check-out, and any questions when needed. Feels like a proper beach home but more elevated. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay, definitely coming back! Positive: Stayed at Alesea Suites w friends and we really loved it! 🤍 The place is clean, modern, and very relaxing. It feels well put together but still super comfortable and easy to enjoy. The room had everything we needed and everything worked well. Overall, such a nice stay, we’d definitely come back! 🫶🏻

    ACCOMMODATION Alesea Suites has three 1-bedroom units—this listing is for Unit 3 only (visit our profile for Units 1 & 2). Common Setup (Base rate covers 4 pax) - 1 King Bed: 2 pax - 1 Sofa Bed (Living Area): 2 pax Additional Setup (+P1,800/head/night for the 5th guest, max 5 pax): - 1 Optional Floor Mattress: 1 pax PETS While we are not a fully pet-friendly property, we can allow up to 1 pet for a fee of PHP 5,000, subject to terms and conditions (message us for details). Please note this fee does not cover potential damages; additional charges may apply. PARKING Each unit comes with 1 allocated parking space only. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted. VALUABLES & SECURITY For your peace of mind, please lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit and keep your valuables secured. We will not be held liable for any lost or missing items. Note: security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas. CHILDREN Children are welcome but must always be supervised by an adult. Up to 2 children (11 years old and below) can stay free of charge provided no extra mattresses will be requested. DAMAGES & BREAKAGES Guests are responsible for any damage/breakages during their stay. Please inform us immediately should anything happen. All costs will be charged through Airbnb. LIGHTS & APPLIANCES Help us conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property. LINENS & TOWELS Kindly take extra care when using henna tattoos, fake tan, makeup, or hair dye, as permanent stains on our linens and towels may result in additional charges. Fresh towels can be requested for P100/towel. VISITORS, NOISE & PARTIES A maximum of 5 guests is allowed in this unit at any given time. Day visitors are welcome until 1:00 AM only. Staying beyond this time will be considered an overnight stay and will be charged at ₱1,800/head/night. To help keep the space relaxing for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
